Cookie PolicyAt NEGOCIOS ALTERNATIVOS BC NEXUS, S.L. (Nexus Business Center) we use first-party and third-party cookies to keep the site working, remember your consent choice and — only if you accept — measure the audience with Google Analytics 4. This policy explains clearly which cookies we use, what for, and how you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
The controller responsible for installing and managing cookies on this website is NEGOCIOS ALTERNATIVOS BC NEXUS, S.L. (CIF B88662846), with registered address at C. de Tomás Redondo, 2, Hortaleza, 28033 Madrid (Floor 3, Door 3-4), and email info@nexusbcenter.com.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites install on the user's device (computer, tablet, mobile) during browsing. Their main function is to remember information about the visit: improving the experience, remembering preferences or measuring site usage. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies, such as browser local storage (localStorage), which this policy also covers for transparency.
3. Cookies and similar technologies used on this site
This site uses very few cookies and none are installed unnecessarily: analytics cookies only activate if you click “Accept all” on the banner. Google Tag Manager is used as a tag loader and does not set cookies itself. Our forms are protected against spam with a hidden honeypot field, with no third-party anti-spam cookies. 4. How we ask for your consent
On your first visit we show a banner with two equivalent options: “Accept all” and “Reject non-essential”. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key nexus_cookie_consent) and applied on every later visit. We use Google Consent Mode v2: the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are denied by default and only switch to granted if you accept.
✓Without your consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are installed
✓Rejecting is as easy as accepting: one click, same visual level
✓We currently do not routinely serve advertising or use marketing cookies; if Google Ads or another ad tag were enabled, it would only be installed with your banner consent and this policy would be updated
5. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time with the “Change my cookie consent” button at the top of this page: it deletes your stored choice and shows the banner again so you can choose once more. You can also clear the site's data in your browser settings, which has the same effect.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
Besides our banner, you can allow, block or delete cookies installed on your device through your browser settings:
✓Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
✓Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data
✓Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
✓Microsoft Edge: Settings → Privacy, search and services → Cookies
7. Consequences of disabling cookies
If you block or delete cookies, browsing this site will still work normally: we use no essential third-party technical cookies other than the embedded Google Maps map, which may stop displaying. Audience measurement simply will not take place.
8. International transfers
Google cookies (Analytics, Maps and, if enabled, Ads) may involve international data transfers to servers located in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.
9. Updates to this policy
NEGOCIOS ALTERNATIVOS BC NEXUS, S.L. reserves the right to amend this cookie policy to adapt it to legislative, technical or business changes. Any amendment will be published on this page with its update date at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
