Next to IFEMA, two very different needs coexist: the company that wants a permanent delegation and the one that only needs an office during trade-show days. Our rates cover both.
The monthly office starts at EUR 380/month with a flat all-inclusive fee: furniture, private VLAN with dual fiber and UPS, daily cleaning, reception, mail handling, 500 copies, company address registration and 10 annual hours of meeting rooms.
Day offices are quoted by duration and size. Unlike spaces around the exhibition area, we do not apply surcharges when a major congress coincides — the rate is the same all year.

Every office comes fully furnished and operational: ergonomic desk and chair, lockable drawers and storage. Configurations range from single offices to team spaces for up to 10 people, all with natural light and real acoustic privacy thanks to physical separation between offices.
Need something specific? We adapt layouts, join or split spaces, and allow full corporate branding on your door. The flat monthly fee covers everything — furniture, daily cleaning, utilities, air conditioning and reception — so you can budget your workspace with one single number.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00, our reception welcomes your visitors by your company's name, handles couriers and parcels — including bulky deliveries — and manages your mail with instant notification and same-day scanning.
Your team enjoys full independence: 24/7 access with electronic card, 365 days a year. The monthly fee also includes registering your company's fiscal and business address at the center.

We are at Calle de Tomás Redondo 2, in the Madrid Feria building of Campo de las Naciones — one of Madrid's best-connected business districts: 5 minutes from the IFEMA exhibition center, around 6 minutes from Barajas Airport and next to Metro L8 (Mar de Cristal), which connects directly to the airport.
Your clients park free at the door: visitor parking via Ramp 3, Door 3-4, with direct access to the office floor. Reception is on Floor 2 — out of the elevator, to the right, at the end of the corridor.
