Domiciling a company means setting a professional address (registered office and/or tax address) to receive mercantile mail and AEAT notifications. What “domicile” means
Domiciling assigns a valid address for the registered office (Mercantile Registry / statutes) and/or tax address (AEAT). Step-by-step process
The usual flow with your advisor is:
- • 1) Choose centre and plan; confirm they accept appearing in statutes if you need a registered office
- • 2) Provide tax ID, administrator, activity and contacts
- • 3) Contract the service and obtain the centre’s domicile authorisation
- • 4) If changing registered office: corporate resolution + deed + Mercantile Registry filing
- • 5) Notify AEAT of the tax address with Form 036
- • 6) Update invoices, website, banks and stationery
